Making your life richer and brighter means making efforts to ensure that your life becomes as full of meaning, joy and brings you satisfaction. Although there is no magic bullet to change your life overnight, you can do it gradually, step by step, enriching your life with new experiences and knowledge and learning to appreciate what you already have. If you learn to be grateful for all the good things in your life, you can move forward and make your life even more amazing.

1. Gain new life experiences

1.1 Take risks. If you want to make your life brighter and more fulfilling, you will have to get out of your comfort zone. You need to take risks, set new goals and start a new game, instead of doing the same thing day after day. It can be anything. You can, for example, invite the most beautiful girl in the class on a date. Or send your resume to your dream job, even if you are not at all sure that you can handle such a job. Even if you are just trying to do something new, beyond the feeling of stability, it will help make your life brighter and more interesting.

Put everything on this list, even the smallest and most insignificant things, and then stick this list above your desk or fold it and hide it in your wallet. If you want to maintain close and fulfilling relationships with people, give them the opportunity to see your true face, to get to know you with all your strengths and weaknesses. If you want people to see you as a flawless person with no weaknesses, it is unlikely that others will be open to you and trust you.

If you spend your whole life making incredible efforts to achieve your goal, you will not be able to appreciate all the happy moments and joyful moments that will come along the way. And even if you achieve your goal, such as becoming a full partner in your law office or getting married, you will still feel disappointed. If you want to live a bright, rich life and enjoy every moment of it, stop your run to success and often remember that you need to be proud and respect yourself for every, even tiny step that you take along this path.

You don't want to look back one day and wonder what all those years were spent on. Try to live in the present instead of thinking about the future, and then you can live a more fulfilling and joyful life.

Try to do something “just because” more often. Don't expect every step you take and every person you meet to help you become more successful. On the contrary, if you never do anything for nothing, you will never know how many wonderful new opportunities in life you may be missing out on.

First of all, you need to understand what it means to live brighter. For myself, I have determined the following - my life should be filled with meaning, goals and impressions, then it will be richer, easier and more interesting. She must satisfy me completely. Try to imagine an ideal life? Yours should be exactly like this.

There is no single way to improve the dull everyday life of different people, so it is best to read the rules for a bright life and make your own list. It doesn’t have to be 10 points long - it can contain a couple of tips or an A3 sheet covered in small handwriting, the main thing is that it works in a specific situation.

Reach for emotional food

It is the emotions you experience that give life brightness and richness. No matter what complex and important events happen to you, you will remember only those to which you reacted as vividly as possible. Thus, any little thing that is important to you will take precedence over an incident of a universal scale only because the little thing awakened an emotion inside you. Finding sources of emotional food is the task of a person who lacks brightness. Emotions can be drawn from:

  • in a relationship;
  • in hobbies;
  • in the arts (theater, painting, literature, dance, music);
  • in sports (meaning competitive sports).

In life, a person needs a point of support. The Christian understands perfectly well that in his case this point is God. But here, too, the strength of our faith depends on our efforts. It is not enough to simply call oneself a Christian; works of faith and its strengthening through self-education are also required. One must form strong religious convictions, first of all, in the heart and mind.

Gregory the Theologian was baptized at the age of 30 (!) by his father.
