Laws of wealth or How to treat money correctly

Many, if not most, answer the question “Do you have enough money?” they will answer “No”. Moreover, this does not depend on the income of the respondents. But to the question “Do you love money?” you can get a very ambiguous answer. Unfortunately, there is still an opinion, especially among the older generation, that money is evil. Why is it that some people have money without much difficulty, while others have to work from morning to night and still save.

Here we should remember some laws of wealth. But first I would like to note that if a person’s inner feeling, his understanding of the life situation and outlook on life remain the same, then no laws, even the best ones, will help. We urgently need to get rid of the psychology of poverty. This process is not quick and sometimes even painful, but those who reach the end and are able to rebuild their vision of life will experience true miracles and no problems with money. They will always have enough for everything and will have some left over. This topic is very broad, but let’s return to the laws of wealth.

Positive

Many will say: “Well, here’s a crisis on top of a crisis, but they also make me smile!” Where is the money? The answer is simple. Money loves not only silence, but also positive calm and confidence. If you want, the joy of communicating with them. When a person experiences negative emotions when touching the topic of money, it will not bring anything good. Money is energy. Whether you believe it or not, it is true. It's like faith. No one has seen God, but everyone believes in him. So it is here. You just need to accept it as a fact and work in accordance with the recommendations. Or not to accept and remain with your own - poor. Everyone is free to choose.

So, money is energy, subtle and very powerful. It must be handled patiently, skillfully and with respect. Money loves positivity. Never talk about debts, loans or other financial difficulties. Hang out with successful people. It is their positivity that will help you stay in good shape during life’s inevitable problems. Learn to always be, if not in excellent, then in high spirits. Spend and earn money happily, regardless of the amount. Most rich people adhere to a simple but important law - they know for sure that everything is good, and it will be even better. It is in this mood that money is made.

From resentment to wealth. How to change your attitude towards money?

To begin with, you can use a simple substitution system. Any time we find ourselves grumbling to ourselves about someone else's success or wealth, we need to immediately replace that thought with a positive thought that wishes that person well.

It will seem strange at first, but each time we do this, we will notice that we will feel a little better inside.

After mastering this simple technique, you can move on to another that will trigger even more dramatic changes.

Instead of focusing on what we don't want (ie, "being like those rich scumbags"), we need to focus on what we do want - making money and living in a rich, ethical and enjoyable way.

Be sure to read all points before you start...

1. Think about someone whose success or wealth annoys you. Create a mental image of what they look like. What color is their hair? What clothes do they wear? What expression do they have on their face?

2. Now think about who you want to become - to live on your own terms, to do what you really want. How do you stand, smile and talk? How happy and confident are you?

3. Squeeze this mental picture of your rich self so that it fits into one small corner of the mental picture of the person who annoys you.

4. Now switch pictures as fast as you can! As the image of the person who annoys you shrinks into a corner, expand the image of your rich self until it fills the screen.

5. Make sure the enhanced picture of your rich self is big, bright and bold!

6. Take a moment to clear your mind, then repeat the process at least five times. Make the shift faster and faster each time.

By doing this exercise for 5-10 minutes daily, after a few days you will be amazed at the results.

Large bills

Agree, spending five thousand rubles at once with one banknote is more difficult than spending one hundred rubles. And therefore the next law is that money must be kept in large denominations. Conduct an experiment: take banknotes of different denominations, for example, 100 rubles and 1000. If you want, take dollars or euros. Which banknote do you like best? Which one do you want to save? Yes, and one more thing - never save for a rainy day! It’s better to save for something pleasant - a purchase, a trip, training or something else.

Rich people keep their savings in large banknotes. This, as it were, affirms wealth and prosperity, gives a feeling of monetary stability, confidence, and a reliable rear. If you don’t immediately have banknotes of high denomination, it doesn’t matter. You can accumulate at least ten rubles. The main thing is not to forget to regularly update them in your “piggy bank” for larger bills. If you saved 100 rubles each and saved up 1000 rubles, replace ten 100 ruble bills. for one 1000 rub. In this way, a large amount will gradually accumulate.

Value money

As already mentioned, money is energy, and it should be valued and loved. Never treat money with disdain! Appreciate any amount you have. You cannot love big money and not care about small amounts. Learn to appreciate and love even a penny or a ruble. By the way, this has nothing to do with greed, but that’s not the point now.

A paradox has been noticed - the richer a person is, the less he spends on all sorts of nonsense. The poor man squanders left and right, sometimes buying things he doesn’t need at all. It’s as if he is subconsciously trying to quickly get rid of a large amount of money and return to a familiar, albeit bleak, situation. Among the rich there are also people of different types, but, let’s say, reasonable rich people are restrained in spending and even leave moderate tips not out of greed, but out of reasonable calculation. Every penny saved today makes it possible to worry less about your financial well-being tomorrow.

Distinguishing expenses from income

So, we have already discussed one rule for the correct attitude towards money above.

Let us repeat: you should not count past costs, much less take them into account when making economic decisions. Compare only future losses and gains.

It is equally important to distinguish income from expenses. Some differ from others only by the sign (+/-), and the financial essence of both concepts is the same.

This is the reason for many mistakes made, in particular, in the investment process.

You can, for example, purchase an apartment for subsequent rental.

However, an incorrect assessment of the situation on the real estate market and neglect of other important factors in calculations can actually lead to losses rather than profits.

By allowing others to use your property for free, you automatically incur expenses.

It's not just a loss of rental income. These are precisely the expenses that consist, first of all, of the costs of maintaining real estate, losses from the constant increase in the value of real estate and rent, etc.

This leads to another important principle of a correct attitude towards money.

: before investing money, clearly imagine what profit you will get from this investment and when.

At the same time, it is imperative to assess upcoming expenses, paying special attention to tax payments and all kinds of deductions that the state may require.

Accounting

Money is not only bills, but also numbers. They love accounting very much, one might say that it is simply necessary. For a poor person, money is something abstract. How often do you hear: “I want a lot of money.” How much is this a lot? Specifically in numbers? And when? Now or in a year? And for what?

Wake up a rich man at night and he will answer all these questions. He clearly knows his goals, and his desires are calculated and written down. Precisely recorded! It is very important. Carrying out such calculations in your head is ineffective. A person who decides to give up poverty is simply obliged to keep a financial diary, where he will have his expenses and income for each month.

And he must also have a clear plan from a week to 1-5 years, and maybe more. It's convenient for anyone. And in this plan, specific desires and goals, their cost and deadline for receipt will be clearly indicated. This is what will serve as an excellent incentive when some life obstacles arise. Accounting will help you clearly see where money comes from and where it goes. Optimizes this process. The clearer a person sees his financial picture, the easier it is to eliminate unnecessary spending and preserve assets and start accumulating.

What are some ways to change your thinking?

Short but very deep video:

Now let's go through specific points:

1. Positive affirmations;

The truth is that most people tend to make negative statements about themselves. When we constantly think that we won't succeed, that's often what happens.

Affirmations, both negative and positive, affect the neurological functioning of the brain.

2. Farewell to the past;

We reflect on our misfortunes, mistakes, fears. We never stop scolding ourselves or the world around us for them.

This path will not lead to a rich life. What happened, happened. It's time to learn from the past and create the future.

3. Counting joys and gratitude;

Most people take their joys and blessings for granted, not noticing the beauty of life. This is also a road to nowhere.

“Gratitude reveals the fullness of life. Turns what we have into a jewel. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity, food into a feast, home into a fortress, stranger into friend.”

Melody Beatty

4. Joy from what is;

A great way to change our thoughts is to appreciate and enjoy what we already have. This does not mean that we should not strive for a better life.

There's nothing wrong with setting higher goals, but a temporary failure to achieve them shouldn't ruin our enjoyment of what we already have.

“If you realize that you have enough, you are truly rich.”

Lao Tzu

5. The desire to play and be a child;

Children are characterized by innocence and simplicity of mind. We must learn to forget and forgive as quickly as children.

“A great man is one who does not lose a child’s heart”

Mencius, Book IV

6. Happiness in the present;

You should not associate your happiness with future events. It's like putting it off indefinitely. The best alternative is to put off your sadness as long as possible.

7. Our body is our temple;

You can’t put the garbage of dirty, negative thoughts and toxic junk food into your body. It's hard to be happy when you're physically or mentally ill. There is a close connection between the mind and body. Read more in our article: Psychosomatics - the connection between mind and body.

8. Life to the fullest.

Don't worry about the shortcomings. The word "imperfection" comes from "perfection". Even in the most imperfect situation there is a small element of perfection.

Just do the best you can at any given moment.
