How to prepare for practice

Before you start, you should prepare properly for the practice. If you have bad habits - smoking, drinking, or other addictions - forget about them. You absolutely cannot relax. We decided to start a new life in which there is no place for negativity and stupid habits - if you please, overcome difficulties hidden only in ourselves.

Practice – its duration is up to 2 weeks, that is, 14 days. In the first week, from the first to the 7th day you need to:

  1. Get up at 6 am.
  2. Drink a large cup (half a liter) of almost hot, boiled water. This way all the cells of your body will receive useful substances. The remaining food in the stomach will swell and come out naturally. You can eat only after half an hour, not earlier.
  3. Do light morning exercises for 5 days (you can do it in the evening, it all depends on your work schedule). Push-ups, pull-ups, and the plank exercise are useful.
  4. Rest for two days - Saturday and Sunday. If for some reason the five-day classes are interrupted, make up for it the next day, but try not to miss it!

During your lunch break, take a walk, but if this is not possible, go to or return from work not by transport, but in your own two-wheeler. Do some stretching exercises while walking. As for morning exercises and the regime, continue in the same spirit.
