Wonderful! While singing, lower your lower jaw slightly. A slight downward movement of the lower jaw. And put your hand on your chest. Your voice is now coming from your chest. Let's do it three more times. Relaxation... Inhale... Sound...

Very good! Perform this exercise 8 times, three sets per day. Before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner.
