In the evening, before you fall asleep, reach your relaxation level using the “Three-One” method.
At the level of alpha rhythms, mentally set yourself the following program:

Ok, using this example I will try to tell you exactly how I made the program. And you decide whether this is pure manipulation or a slide. Thinking that direct suggestion would not work (why on earth would my boss raise my salary out of the blue?!) I decided to motivate this process. I presented the meeting of shareholders (hereinafter the picture included ALL five senses), fortunately it was easy for me, I have been to such meetings many times. I introduced myself at this meeting, where I tell you why I think that my salary should be increased. I imagined that the shareholders listened to my arguments and agreed.
And here is an IMPORTANT point. Their agreement was SINCERE. Do you understand? I didn't force them to agree with me. I received their consent against my will. Further. I imagined that after the meeting my general director came up to me on the street (I don’t know why, but that’s how I imagined it), took me by the hand, took me aside and said that a decision had been made to increase my salary. At the same time, there was a feeling that he was even happy about it. Dot.
Events developed as follows. After about three days, my assistant suddenly tells me that he is quitting. I'm shocked. I’m commenting to the boss. There is also a slight panic there. Nobody expected it, but there is a lot of work. A day later, I’m standing smoking on the porch of the office, and the gene comes out. the director takes me by the elbow, takes me aside and informs me that a decision has been made to increase my salary. (For the amount that I ordered!). But due to the dismissal of my assistant, my workload increases significantly. I'm shocked again by everything that's happening)))
Then you already know. I correct the situation - the shareholder immediately calls me and says that due to the dismissal of my assistant and the increase in the workload on me because of this, they decided to reconsider, in principle, the structure of the scope of work. They remove the additional workload and redistribute it to another department, I have nothing to worry about . Salaries remain elevated. Wow, I'm tired of banging on the keyboard. That's the whole story. And where is the manipulation here?
From my experience, I noticed that if a person resists the program (when starting it), then it is better to stop the program, since nothing will work.
I answer questions about alpha.
In Silva, in other systems that practice meditation, this process is described, in my opinion, somewhat complicated and confusing for a beginner. Each person enters this state several times a day. In transport, in nature, reading a book, watching TV, etc. But unknowingly. The task of all practices is to teach a person to subjugate this process, to make the trance manageable, and the most difficult thing in this is to overcome the internal dialogue.
Once such dialogue in a relaxed state is stopped, you are in alpha.
In a state of inner emptiness.
And achieving this is as easy as shelling pears:
-stretch both your hands forward, relax them, direct your absent-minded gaze between your hands and focus on how you feel from your hands. Feel BOTH hands at the same time.
That's it, you are in a state of emptiness, there is not a single thought in your head. Similarly, you can focus on any other parts of the body, but there must be two of them. Remember this state. Subsequently you will enter it without problems.
There is a simple way to instantly induce such a state. If I needed to enter alpha instantly, within 2-3 seconds, then I caused this state with the “anchors” previously thrown over the alpha. The anchor technique is clearly described in the literature on NLP; if you are interested, read it for yourself.
I’ll also add that you don’t need to think about whether you are alpha or not, just do as I wrote.
The fact is that the human brain, as a rule, cannot concentrate on more than two things at the same time. If you focus on one thing, then you won’t be able to stop your thoughts without training; if you focus on two things, then your brain simply “freezes”, it is busy with these two things, the flow of thoughts is stopped, you are in alpha.
Those few tens of seconds (if you are not very lucky, you will be in alpha for a few seconds) are quite enough to set a pre-prepared program.
Step 1.
Entering into meditation. Here is one of the methods of immersion in a meditative state (Jose Silva method). Slowly, at two-second intervals, count down from one hundred to one. For many, it is useful to visualize (vividly imagine) these numbers, and, if the power of imagination allows, do this on a dark screen, mentally writing them out with chalk or a luminous felt-tip pen, or simply mentally flipping through a “magic book” in reverse order with what has already been written on each page numbers. Focus on counting, the creaking of chalk, the rustling and flickering of pages, and now you, perhaps for the first time, find yourself in a special “right-brain” state. Let's call it the Alpha state.
Step 2.
Awareness of the Alpha state. My experience with group classes is that students respond very differently to their first experience. You can hear both “It was wonderful!” and “I didn’t feel anything.” The reason for the difference appears to be the individual duration of the Alpha state and the degree of students’ familiarity with this state. A nice feature of Jose Silva’s method is that it offers a series of checks that speed up the process of realizing the now desired Alpha state.
For example, before you start observing your breathing, try to vividly imagine a white duck with a red beak swimming on blue water. Then, a count of times, immediately after entering the Alpha state, imagine this mental picture again. Hear the murmuring of water, quacking. Remember these feelings. By comparing two sets of such sensations, their richness, dynamics, you will understand what it means to be in the Alpha state.
In order not to fall asleep and speak the program to the end, insert the following phrase into the program that you set in alpha:
In the evening, before falling asleep, you need to relax, go to the alpha level of consciousness and set yourself the following program: I will wake up when (name) has the last dream before waking up - and he (she) will become most open and most receptive to programming. I will wake up and remember why I woke up. I will speak (set) the program to the end, completely, and then I will fall asleep.” |
In the program itself, also insert the phrase:
When you wake up: Hello, my name is...... I'm looking for the perfect couple (boyfriend/girlfriend) for marriage (for dating, for living together, for...). I am such and such (list your qualities). I'm looking for a person who (list the qualities you want to find). I work in... or am visiting.... (list the places where you can be met). Since mentally we have already found each other, we will recognize each other when we meet. End of the program After this, continue sleeping. |
Here's an even simpler technique:
You enter alpha (not necessarily at night), invite (mentally, of course) this person with whom you want to talk, but for some reason you cannot do this directly. And you tell him what you want to say. Friendly, because any claim is unacceptable, and it immediately knocks you out of the alpha level. If you have a conflict, offer to find an option that would suit both of you. That's it in a nutshell.

— you need to focus, for example, on your body. Important: in two parts. Let's say we catch sensations from the right and left hands. Or legs. Once you have caught these sensations, you can consider that you are in alpha.
Alpha is a state of thoughtlessness, emptiness.
Usually at this time everything in my head becomes white, like a veil. This state may last only a few seconds for a beginner, but this time is enough for the first time to start the program. I also described in this thread other ways to enter alpha, look in it, now there is no time to go through it.
Or I also remembered - you need to move your gaze 20 (?) degrees up, your eyes closed. That's it, alpha again. (Silva method). This is a physiological, scientifically proven way to enter alpha.
Alpha is a light trance. And you experience it constantly and every day, remember, for example, the moment when you thought about something and were distracted from what was happening, or when you read a book or watch an interesting film, when you stand in line or pet a cat without thinking about anything... This is alpha.
I’m so tempted to try it, and specifically for a specific person - I absolutely don’t recommend it. So my friend “bewitched” one person in this way. A powerful hypnotic technique was used. Everything worked out, of course, and they lived together for three years. Was the “bewitched” one happy? I don't think so. In addition, after they broke up, and on the initiative of the first, the person literally went crazy (he was diagnosed with schizophrenia, periodically he had to stay in mental clinics). They then bewitched, but forgot to “disenchant”, the program was not changed. A wild, terrible incident.
Play with circumstances, situations, life, but do not interfere with the feelings of other people. Don't replace their potential choices with yours!!
M. Erickson, whose name is given to an entire direction in hypnosis, said (not literally): if you think that you cannot enter a trance state, just pretend that you have entered it. That is, do the exercise and you will achieve results in any case. With time
To avoid falling asleep there are many little “tricks”:
You can use “magic” phrases. For example, in a technique linked to breathing, you can insert phrases such as “with every breath (exhalation) I connect more and more with my true Self, I plunge deeper and deeper into a controlled trance,” etc. You can make up any phrases you like, the main thing is to give clear instructions on the ability to control the situation. And, of course, avoid particles “not”.
Try speaking the program automatically, as they say, in the background. If thoughts appear, then let them wander; you stupidly mumble the prepared text under your breath (in this case, it is advisable to say it several times). Thus, the program will be recorded immediately into the subconscious and will go as intended. If this does not give results, then, as the authors of the method advise, you need to understand the feasibility of the program itself (obstructing blocks) or adjust it.

If you do not achieve the desired result, then ask yourself: “Is she completely positive? Will it benefit all parties concerned?
Check your motives. And then adjust the program. Launch its new version again. Continue every night until you get a positive result. It should appear very soon!

Several times in the book it is mentioned about mental programming, from which we can conclude that it is spoken “to oneself.” Personally, I always do this mentally, not out loud.
It’s more convenient for me, although I know that speaking out loud enhances the effect of any trance technique. But there is one subtlety here. For a beginner, this can be fraught with the fact that he will simply fly out of his state and everything will be ruined.
A unique moment. Based on wave activity, the brain is usually divided into 4 components: alpha, beta, theta, delta. The frequency of each type of wave is measured in cycles per second (c/sec). The lowest frequency of brain waves is 0.5 c/sec. (in delta), and the highest is 85 c/sec (in beta). These extremes correspond to deep sleep and an epileptic seizure, when the brain is in a highly agitated state. Delta is a state of deep sleep and unconsciousness, theta is the same, but with one difference - it is believed that in delta a person cannot control his physiological state. The transition between alpha and theta is the same unique state that I wrote about above. If you continue to control it, you can immediately fall into lucid dreams; there is no need to train yourself, as the authors of lucid dreams suggest.
In this borderline state (between alpha and theta), the brain is most open to programming and will accept absolutely any program for execution. You should not be afraid of voices or other sounds. At this moment, you just need to decide for yourself what to do next: either fall asleep “watching” pictures and “listening” to sounds (and if you want OS, then fall asleep with a command for their occurrence), or continue the trance, remembering that the situation is under control, and perceive all sounds and pictures as background.
To calm down in the latter case, it is enough to change the sounds and visualize how everything will change through an effort of will. And so, as it pleases. Wonderer may be involuntarily, but he showed how such a borderline state can be achieved - overwork, a strong desire to sleep, knocking out sleep in order to control the process. In other cases, the entry into theta is achieved through the deepening of alpha. Controlling theta is aerobatics. Almost everything is possible there. Alpha is enough for programming.
How often can you enter the Alpha level to “work through” different topics (how many times a day, for example)? Is it possible to work through them all in one go?
You can go out as often as you want. Some authors advise twice: in the morning before getting up and in the evening before falling asleep. But it doesn’t suit me - in the morning when I wake up, I feel cheerful, so I somehow don’t want to put myself back into a sleepy state, and in the evening I want to sleep, and not engage in alpha. I took the advice of other experts who recommend entering a trance state once a day, for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the day. The brain has an excellent opportunity to process information over the past time, relax and gain strength. At the same time, you can solve related problems in alpha. I wouldn’t recommend “working” on different topics.
Before entering alpha, as a rule, the task is worked out at the beta level (in consciousness), questions are resolved - what goal should be achieved after the session, etc. Delivering a large number of tasks is not good. There is a high probability that some point in a specific topic will be missed, and this is fraught with the implementation of an erroneous program.
Is it possible to cause an aversion to alcohol in another person?
In the way that I will now describe, no. But for a relative, the method of subjective programming, which is described in this topic, is very suitable.
Before alpha, think about what harmful addiction you want to get rid of, as well as about the result you expect after the session. By the way, this approach is justified and always recommended before a trance; in your consciousness you must decide for yourself: what is the goal in front of you, what is the expected result.
Perhaps an addiction (whether to chocolate or alcohol) develops in response to a desire to escape and protect itself from something.
Perhaps this is an escape from too painful emotions, disappointments, or a desire to forget the wounds inflicted in childhood. Try to think of your addiction as a “demon” that needs to be mercilessly exorcised, while at the same time think of your bad habit as a friend who attracts your attention because you do not care about him or pay attention to his suffering... So, let's enter alpha each in their own way, I prefer the “3-1”, or an even shorter anchor technique. Before the dive, I conditionally determined that I wanted to work with my addiction to smoking, I needed to get rid of cravings and develop indifference to tobacco. Smoking is something that prevents me from living and developing, something that is somewhere at the bottom of my world, where it is dark, damp and cold….
This means that I will have to descend into the dungeon of my soul... When diving, I imagine myself rapidly sliding along a certain chute, falling deeper and deeper into some kind of darkness. At the maximum point of entry into alpha, I find myself in an underground city, where there is little light, damp, slimy and cold... I wander along dark empty streets and unexpectedly meet an emaciated and stooped man with yellow skin, in constant tension... This man is the personification of my addiction... I ask this person what needs to be done to stop him from appearing again. He replies that he needs to relax, clear his lungs and live calmly, without trying to solve all the problems…. Some time passes in conversation. After talking with the “demon”, I imagine that I am now responsible for caring for him, I imagine how I am treating and caring for him. Think of at least one way you can help him feel better and stop bullying himself. Make this method a reality (I mean in the alpha). Come out of your trance. Several sessions will help you get rid of some of your addictions that interfere with your life. This was an example with smoking. I, “working” with my alcohol addiction, imagined a tavern in this unpleasant city, in which several disgusting types frolicked. I brought them drinks in incredible quantities, they were happy, then I closed the door tightly behind me, and carried the key with me. In the last session, I felt that now I could throw away this key when I closed the door, since the drinking in the tavern had become too much, my “friends” no longer needed me, the demons would do without me, and I would do without them and alcohol... What am I and did. Such examples are the so-called soft programming of the subconscious. Watching the performance that you play in front of it, the subconscious is programmed through a language of symbols (pictures) that it understands for the desired result. You can add positive affirmations to increase the effect. It remains to add to everything that the method I have given is suitable exclusively for people who master the techniques of immersion into trance, or into alpha, perfectly.
