The term “subconscious” (or “unconscious”) was coined by the world famous Austrian psychologist Sigmund Freud. Why should I delve into the subconscious?” The fact is that the entire world around you, all the fruits that you receive from your labors, all your merits and achievements are in many ways the result of the work of your subconscious. It guides your actions, your world, and consciousness only processes the result. We can say that consciousness is like the crown of a tree, and the subconscious is like its roots. It is the roots that feed the crown and allow it to be covered with foliage.
Conscious and unconscious as two parts of a single whole
Let us explain with an example how the conscious and subconscious mind work. Imagine your typical day. It is filled with tasks and worries; while doing them, you experience different feelings and emotions. Many small events happen to you, most of which you do not regard as important and will not be able to remember at the end of the day. For example, what color shirt was the man who sat next to you on the subway wearing? How many pencils were on the secretary's desk when you handed him the report? What name was on the badge of the conductor who checked your ticket?
Your consciousness does not record all these details, it does not need them, it is not designed to store them. But in the subconscious all the emotions and events of your life are stored, all to the smallest detail, from the very moment of birth. Incredible but true: even as a tiny baby, you understood everything that was happening around you, and your subconscious mind collected this information. Exercises to develop intuition
You understand, in any business, the best trainer is life itself. So it is with intuition. Life constantly asks us to make choices. Gradually, over time, the so-called experience is formed, which brings some individuals to a very decent level.
But experience is a rather lengthy process, so I would like to somehow optimize and speed up the situation with the development of intuition.
Now a couple of well-known exercises to develop intuition.
- We take a deck of cards, shuffle them and, without looking, put them into 2 groups: red, black. Then we gradually complicate the task.
- This exercise will be more difficult than the first, but it will also be more effective. Find a field or deserted street. Now just close your eyes and walk straight, and you don’t have to think about how you’re walking, just trust your body to walk on its own, while you can think about something pleasant and abstract. It is important not to open your eyes even if you really want to, first walk for a minute, then 2.

Technique No. 2
And the technique is simple. Take and thoughtfully write down all the feelings and unpleasant sensations. Everything that this or that person evokes in you. Realize all this in relation to yourself. Write it down again in the context of “I don’t allow myself to do this and that.” Or it could be “I’m shouting at myself with the help of this person, because I consider myself guilty,” and so on.
And then reformat what was written. Literally replacing it with opposite beliefs about yourself. Something like (for example) “I accept myself in this behavior and allow myself to be.” Or “I am an indisputable value for myself and the most important part of the universe. I love and value myself and the world reflects this to me.” Well, in this spirit, for each point, for clarity, I also wrote it all down scrupulously.
The job is done, the painful “splinter” has been removed and do not be tempted to examine it further while rubbing the wounded area. Switch to the positive and press the gas pedal. You saw your sign to transform the problem with the help of this person. And beneficial changes in relationships with him will not keep you waiting. After all, the subconscious can do anything.
Ways to talk
In order to successfully carry out a conversation with the subconscious, it is necessary to establish certain signals, or sign language, with it. It will be better if you do not impose a certain stereotype of conversation on him, but give him the opportunity to decide for himself which signal to choose.
Now get comfortable and get ready to ask the question within yourself. Once you ask this question, your job is to be very attentive and sensitive to the changes that will occur in your body. Be aware of sensations in a particular part of the body, mental images and internal sounds or inner voice. Don't try to influence anything. It will choose its own method. You have to be sensitive enough to catch it.
The question is: “Is my subconscious mind now ready to communicate with me on a conscious level.”
The answer could be anything. For example, after some time a burning sensation appeared in the stomach area. You don't yet know what this means - "yes" or "no".
So give thanks and say:
“Subconscious, I would like to understand your message.
If a burning sensation in the stomach area means
- “Yes, I would like to communicate,”
then let this feeling be repeated again or become stronger and clearer. If this message means “No, I’m not ready to communicate,” then, on the contrary, make this feeling very weak, to the point that it disappears completely.”
If the signal is repeated again and becomes stronger, then it means “yes”, therefore it expresses a willingness to communicate with you on a conscious level. Thank him again. Now you have a communication channel with him. And you can ask it questions to which it will answer “yes” or “no.”
If you suddenly get a “no” to a question, don’t be upset. This happens in cases where you are not ready to have a conversation for one reason or another (fatigue, bad mood, unfavorable external environment, noise). Or you need to change your attitude and treat him (that is, yourself) more respectfully. Address him respectfully and kindly. Or maybe it's just scared and needs to be calmed down. Or you simply don’t believe in the possibility of such communication. Wait a while, remove any obstacles and try again.

Instead of sensations, the subconscious mind can give feedback in the form of a visual image or some kind of mental picture. Moreover, for “yes” there is one image, and for “no” there is another. Or you can make the picture brighter for “yes” and darker for “no.” If the answer is a mental sound, then you can make it louder in the case of “yes” and quieter in the case of “no”.
The simplest sign language would be to raise one finger or another: for example, raising the index finger on the right hand for “yes” (if you are right-handed) and raising the index finger on the left hand for “no”. As you understand, this division is purely arbitrary, and you can establish the sign language yourself. Finger movements should be unconscious and automatic. Don't try to move your fingers consciously. Just don’t interfere with your subconscious, trust it completely. Questions must be asked clearly and unambiguously. I want to warn you right away that there are no people who cannot talk to him. If you don't succeed in one way, try another. I advise you to try all the methods. Maybe you will like one more. The result will definitely be there.
Now let's try it. Sit in a soft, comfortable chair or lie down on the sofa. Let your hands rest freely and nothing interferes with them. Immediately agree with the subconscious which signal will correspond to this or that answer. Now, mentally or out loud, turn inside yourself and ask this question:
“Is my subconscious ready to communicate with me?
If “yes,” raise the index finger on your right hand with unconscious movements; if “no” - on the left hand.” Don't try to guess - just wait patiently.
After a few seconds, you will feel a slight itching, tingling or numbness in a certain area. This means that the muscles have received a subconscious signal, tensed and are about to begin to raise a finger. Another second, and the tip of the finger slowly, trembling slightly, moves upward. The finger can complete its movement by rising quite high, or perhaps only slightly lifting off the surface. Once you have received and realized the answer, thank your subconscious mind and put your finger down.
If you get the answer “no,” then this only means that there are some obstacles to conversation, which I have already mentioned: poor health or mood, unfavorable external environment, fear of conversation, lack of trust in oneself. Remove any obstacles and try again.
Drawing
Drawing is a creative process. A process that originates in the right hemisphere of our brain, which is not responsible for analytics (like the left) but for the figurative perception of our reality. Where symbols, signs, ideas about space and abstractions lie. It is through the right hemisphere that our subconscious talks to us. There are many techniques for communicating with the subconscious through drawings. The main techniques for communicating with the subconscious are: right-hemisphere drawing (it is also called intuitive, when the essence of our subconscious motives appears through images), neurography (a technique that connects our nervous system and neuron connections with drawing and our subconscious sources of beliefs and resources), drawing tests (they are mainly used by psychologists), drawing and painting mandalas, paintings, etc. All these techniques have shown and proven their effectiveness among practitioners.
Help from a “friend”
Apply this example to all movements of your body. For example, put on your shoes or simply walk into another room to get the item you need. In order for you to do all this, you will have to think for a few seconds about what exactly to do (make a small plan), then again think through your every move. You will probably spend a lot more time and effort. And if you don’t think about your every gesture, your energy will remain intact, but everything that needs to be done will be done. It’s as if your subconscious is telling you: “Don’t worry about anything, I’m your friend who will do everything for you. Your task is only to accept the finished result.” Isn’t it so much easier than constantly putting extra stress on your brain to think through every little detail?
Abilities of the subconscious system
The subconscious is often compared to a computer into which certain types of programs can be inserted. This is how inner conviction and regeneration of thought occurs. As for the formation of human habits, their regeneration occurs due to the repeated repetition of certain formulations. Having formed certain psychological habits, a person begins to gradually move towards the goal. In this process, he acquires certain beliefs, new views, exactly what he needs to perceive the environment in a new role. The subconscious system regenerates certain tasks through visual and mental images. It is these aspects that are necessary for a person to receive such a mindset for success.

This is a technique that allows you to tap into your subconscious thoughts and emotions. For greater efficiency, try writing in the morning as soon as you wake up. Then you will be more likely to use impressions from your dreams. Write as quickly as you can without thinking about what you want to write.
